What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Money Order, International Money Order, MoneyGram, Western Union.

We may not be able to accept credit cards from some countries because some foreign banks do not support billing address verification. If you have questions about your particular country, please be sure to contact us.

When do I get charged for pre-orders?

If you are paying by credit card, you will be charged when we receive notification from our suppliers that the product has shipped to us. You will NOT be charged at the time you place your order.

If you are paying via PayPal, you will be charged at the time you place your order. To avoid this, please select "Money Order" as the method of payment. In the "comments" area for the order put "Will pay via PayPal". This way when the item is ready to ship, we will email you a PayPal invoice and you can pay at that time.

If paying via Money Order, we highly recommend sending your payment after placing your order to ensure speedy shipping once the item is in stock. If we do not receive your payment within 2 weeks of your order, we will assume that you prefer to pay when the item is in stock and will email you at that time.

What happens if my order includes in stock items and preorder items?

For orders that include both in stock items and pre-order items, by default your order will be shipped when all of the items in the order are in stock.

However, if you prefer the in stock items to be shipped separately, please let us know by leaving a note in the 'comments' field during checkout. Please keep in mind that additional shipping costs will apply if items are shipped separately.

Please note that if your order includes in-stock items and/or multiple pre-order items, when each pre-order item arrives, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the item and it will then be held till all items are in stock. When all items are in stock and your order is ready to ship, you will be charged the remaining 50% of product costs along with shipping costs. Also, for any in-stock items, you will be charged 50% of the cost and it will be held for you till all items in your order are in stock.

Also, please note that while in stock items are being held, or when a preorder item comes in stock and it is being held till the rest of the items arrive, if you decide to cancel any of the items being held, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. So if you need to cancel a pre-order item, please do so before it is in stock.

I need to use a different credit card than the one originally used for placing my pre-order. How do I change the card information. There are two ways to do this:

1. Call us TOLL FREE at 1.877.243.2544 and we will promptly assist you.
2. Place a 'dummy' order on our site using your new card. Simply add any item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Use the new card for the payment method. In the 'comments' field put 'DO NOT SHIP THIS ORDER. Order has been placed to provide new credit card information for pre-order #_____'

Please DO NOT send your credit card information via email since email is not secure.

What domestic shipping methods are available?

We offer a wide range of shipping options to meet your specific needs and time constraints. We currently ship via the following carriers and support almost all of their shipping options (1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, Ground, etc.):

- FedEx
- U.S. Postal Service (USPS)

So if timing is critical and you need to get it there the next day, or if you are looking for an economical way to have your order shipped, we've got the right option to meet your needs.
